    Torquemaster ??

I have a prop kit that the small plastic bushing got hot in and need to replace. I have a spare kit and it and the one in the prop now both have the same casting numbers but one has an internal snap ring hold in the plastic bushing and the other does not. The one with the "snap ring" does not fit the prop. It was very tight going in and would not seat all the way to the prop. Is it normal to have to press the kit into the prop? By the way my prop is a 27 Tempest.

Some pictures would be a good idea in this case.... if you indeed have the High Performance (Fat-Shaft) Hub Kit, you should NOT have to "press" the hub into the prop (it should slide in with little or no effort).
