    LED problem

2004 rangertrail. Every light on truck working, every light on trailer working except LT stop and LT turn signal. Fuses are good, even switched rt/lt. On a LED can just the stop and turn burnout? Do you have to replace the entire unit? Thanks for your help. - Jimmy

LED's shouldn't burn out. There has to be something, other than that, wrong. Do other light work when you hook them to those wires?

First check your Ground on that Light. Then if that is ok go to the Trailer Plug and test the Plug with a Test Light. If that is not checking OK go under the Hood and see if your Left Turn Fuse is Blown. Nore than likely it is the Fuse or a Ground for that side.

In addition, check the connectors at the back as they can get corrosion in them from the repeated dunkings into the water. I had some minor corrosion and I put some diaelectric grease and now good to go!

Thanks for the help. The dang things were working this afternoon after fishing. Must be a bad connection. I will check those items mentioned. Thanks again. - Jimmy
