    Homemade salsa for dummies....

I want to share what is probably the best and easiest tasting salsa you can make at home. Literally taked minutes start to finish, is very cheap to make and goes a long way. It will keep 5-7 days in the refrigerator as well.

3- 14.5oz cans roasted diced tomatos
4-8 large jalapenos roasted on grill till they look almost burnt. Add more based on taste if you want. Deseed and devein all bit 2 of them as well.
Half of large purple onion cut into chunks
    1 bunch of cilantro
salt, pepper, garlic powder and lime juice to taste

Combine in blender on chop feature for chunky salsa or puree for thinner consistency. let stand 0 minutes and enjoy.

VERY simple and very good. Can't keep any at the fire station or at home. Goes as fast as I can make it.

sounds good mark. We make a smaller version out of the following:

    1 can Rotel
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/2 onion
    cilantro
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    salt to taste

put all ingredients in blender and mix.
    Your born...you fish...you die...Thank You God!
