I'd start with the same prop you have, just to try as a "benchmark".

More than likely, you'll be bumping the pitch UPWARDS by about 1 pitch.

Taken a 32 to the limiter is when you have a fast boat!

I bet my sawzall could make that thing do 90+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know you don't want to loose your top. Maybe we could talk you into just laying that winshield back and gain a couple mph.....

A bendable knuckle bracket at bottom and top of each leg holding up the top and she would lay flat to the back by removing a few pins... Add 10+ mph

I have some plans to make a cover in the front of cabin door, this big area suck down and trap air.. and yes ! a 4" lower cabin whould be optimum..

90 mph !!! yea , a couple of the new 557:s maby get it there

Or, you could play with the SHAPE of the top.

Sounds a little crazy... but a less-blunt leading edge, and a curved top (similar to the top of an aircraft-wing's airfoil) will actually create LIFT.

Proven it on a couple of Tri-Toons over the years.... I had one that after carefully adjusting the Bimini Top (and strapping the living dailights out of the skin for the top) would do 6-7 MPH faster WITH THE TOP UP (as apposed to folded down).

I like the style of my cabin, and it fill my needs, and with a 300XS on the transom i have the possibility to "hurt somebody's feelings "
