Clever Wal Mart Tip

I forgot to mention this til tonight...

We have a Super WalMart in the next town over that is always packed. Around Christmas, it's like a zoo. I hate crowds, lines, fighting over parking, etc. And on Christmas Eve day my wife sends me to Walmart to get some stuff... The parking lot was FULL, and its huge! Well, I ended up parking around the side of the building, where there is a tire place, kind of built into the store. I never realized before then that you could go in and also the tire cashier will ring up anything from within Walmart. I was in and out in 5 minutes flat! Now I go to Walmart with no worries, its like I have my own personal front row parking spot, and personal cashier with no line!

also at my local walmart if you don't have alot of items the film area will check you out also

Yeah I hate when I am waiting in line to buy my automotive stuff behind a bunch of people with groceries. This is the same in the garden center as well.

Yeah, the grocery ladies have runied the garden center checkout for me , they havent found the tire entrance yet!

I do the same thing. Only problem is it usually closes at like 6 or so. Thats a tip a buddy told me about and ive used it a bunch of times. Besides, our tire place is next to the fishing section.

Just dont go in with a flat tire you will be there 1/2 day then....I,m living proof

I use the self check out lane. less plastic bags that way.

I also tend to use the tire/lube express to get in get out quick. Don't have to fool with all the other fools in front of the store.

Thank God an Academy was opened down here, so now, I only go to the Wal-mart madhouse for groceries.

We dont have a self checkout lane at our Wal Mart.

Regardless of where you check out, you always got a front row spot at the tire entrance!

Tire checkout is near the hunting/fishing and automotive sections. These are the only reasons I go to Wally World. Works for me. Wife does all the other shopping.

Which leads in to clever tip#2......How do avoid having your wife ask you to do:

Grocery Shopping: If you get sent to the store with a list, get the wrong stuff, or the most expensive stuff. Leave out some items and say you couldnt find it.

Laundry: Mix some red clothes in with some white ones. Then shrink them to half the size in the drier.

Im not allowed to go grocery shopping, or do laundry anymore....

We have three wal-marts here - two of them never have the self check outs open. The other one has all the check outs open 99% of the time. Figure that ?

If you are buying any alcohol you have to go to the front check-out. Just a reminder in case any of you anglers consume adult beverages.

I just go around midnight or after. Not many people in there at that time.
