    I need to cover a hole from a GPS LGC3000 antenna .

I removed it from the back deck and now there is a 3/4 hole in my back deck in the corner.I plan on doing my carpet next winter and filling it with Marinetex but I need something temporary to fill it.I dont have an external battery charger port on my boat which means I have to open the battery compartment lid. Does that seem like a bad place to put one? It would fill the hole and also serve a purpose.Just wondering what everyone else would do.

I filled mine with a Sirius Weather Radar antenna....

    Awesome addition to the boat!
