Anyone know of any marine grade plywood suppliers in the Louisville KY area? Called some lumber yards and they cant get it, unless I want a hundred sheets . . .

    Re: Marine grade plywood (joco0101)

Look for a 3/4" piece of plywood called BB Plyform. It has the same glue in it that is used in marine plywood and it's about a 1/3 of the price. Now here is the downside of it. When you cut it you have to seal the edges to protect it because it has small voids where the plys are compressed together. Marine plywood doesn't have these voids.

If you are ever in the Nashville area, Nashville Plywood carries it. Its about $50 for a 4x8 sheet of 1/2 inch. I was told by a guy at Merton's Fiberglass and Supply that if you can't get marine grade, go with exterior fir plywood and not to use pine.
