    some questions about Bobs insurance

I've read several posts that Bob does a great job of explaining the insurance policy and that his price is much lower than the big name insurance companies for the same or better coverage.

My question is has anyone filed a claim through his carrier?

Also has anyone checked the financial report card of his insurace company to be sure they are solvent and if something big like a hurricane rolls through and crashes up a hundred $40K bass boats his company can handle the all of those claims?

I'm not saying or implying anything negative about Bob or his company but would like to know his company has been checked out before I feel comfortable doing business with him.

    thanks

Original poster was asking about claims experience; I haven't read any claims experience on this board either, only people's sales experience.

I could be entirely wrong here but I believe Bob is a broker. The company he was going to put me with was a major company but he got me the best price from them

First off I'm sorry for the delay here on responding. I was gone fishing. I'm not a broker, I write a number of companies direct. As far as claims there have been numerous references on how they have been handled. The very first post on the insurance forum is in reference to how I handled claims. I have promised the members here the best service in the industry and will continue to do so. I have said this before, If the policy is done correctly in the first place, The whole claims process is easy. Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions. Thanks Bob Luellen 800-339-1235

Thanks for responding. Hopefully, if members have claims experience (we hope they don't), it would be useful to hear those experiences as well -- just provides that much more info for folks to consider...........

Take a look at the second post here, A real insurance story. I think that will answer your question. Thanks Bob
