1st let me say I'm not bashing this company just simply asking a question. So has anyone else had issues with the shipping times from Tackle warehouse? I use to get my order in 2-3 days but my last 5 or 6 orders it's anywhere from 3-5 days before they even ship it. Anyone else had this issue? Amazon has become the same way
Companies are going hard after cost savings. Service standards are changing, especially with shipping costs (ups, usps, fed ex, amazon).

Amazon has been slow too. But oh well, there’s millions of people ordering and they’r prioritized the same as me. I don’t mind waiting a few extra days. If I needed it as soon as possible id probably be shopping in stores

I live in NC, usually get my orders out of GA in 2-3 days. For some reason my last order is coming out of CA, and taking a week. Still not terrible.
Im wondering if it has anything to do with them being one of Bassmasters top sponsors and them growing. But Amazon needs to start reimbursing some money lol. Isn't that what paying for prime membership is for? The 2 day shipping? Hell i haven't seen that in a while
I ordered 2 weeks ago.. only took a couple days…. I don’t even pay the extra shipping anymore like back in covid days.. just whatever standard shipping gets to me in a few days..

I live 30 minutes from the Calf warehouse and most times am able to stop by the following day for curbside pickup! if they don’t have all the items in that location they ship from the Georgia location! that is where it gets screwed up! I can’t access tracking through my account page? I have to email CS for info and the whole ordeal takes around 8 to 10 days!
I did just have one that took a while longer than I expected.
Typically all my non rod orders come in 2-3 days from GA, but the rods come from CA and might take 1-2 days longer. But I just had a non rod order take 7 days

used to be 2 days from order to delivery.. now it’s 2 day delivery after it ships.. meaning processing time plus 2 days for shipping/delivery.
without prime, it’s about 5-8 days to be delivered once it ships.
With the boom from Covid, Amazon prime memberships have just skyrocketed. The volume of prime orders makes it so it’s near impossible to process/ship/deliver all within a 2 day window. Basically prime gives your order’s preference over the peons like me who don’t have it

Please take a look at your tracking info. If the package wasn't shipped quickly, that is a TW problem. If it was shipped on time but wasn't delivered on time, that is a carrier problem.
I'm a little sensitive to this topic because I try to ship things very fast, and when the carrier fails to deliver on time, customers call me a scammer and issue chargebacks through the CC company.

Here's a example of what's been happening on my orders. So I did place a order This past Sunday. I received a email on Wednesday that my order was on its way via ups. Here it is Friday and tracking still shows that the shipping label has been created and carrier is not in possession of package yet. That's what I've been experiencing. So I dint know what has happened in the past 6 months because I use to get my stuff in 2-3 days out of Ga. And I'm in NW Florida
Yes, my past 2 orders I paid for express shipping and didn’t get them in time and got refunded for my shopping
a few weeks ago I had a surprised trip to Lake Erie and paid for over night shipping didn’t get it in time…called and get a refund on my shipping and like a week later I got an email saying my whole order had been returned and I got refunded never even got it
Man that sucks... I hope they can get things straightened out. I've been ordering from Discount Tackle and have been very pleased so far. But they didn't carry these particular baits that I had to order from TW

Welcome to the new normal. The orders are taking longer in CA also.
Pretty funny how Amazon can now ship better and faster than the companies who have done it for a couple centuries.
