    I would suggest using a lithium cranker rather than a stand alone electronics battery, there is no benefit to isolating the electronics. I would recommend using a dedicated wiring harness

    Look at our 12v-105, it will work with most chargers

    We do offer 15% off BBC discounts with code BBC15 and our cranker is the only one with a FULL 10yr warranty that's not prorated

    We can also put you in one of our ALL IN systems if you want to go All Lithium

    I agree except I would go with a 150+ AH for the cranking battery, a separate house battery has no benefits over a properly wired system connected to the cranking battery, this is more than enough capacity and leaves room for expansion latter if needed.
    I you go with as 36 volt battery for the trolling motor, get 2 40-50 ah and connect them in parralell, I would stick with 3 12s
