Slick could run for governor. With a name like slick he could go far.
In actuality Slick is just like many on this site. He's got a bunch of friends in the industry and on the various Bass Trails, has lots of inside information that most of us don't, and is pretty opinionated. He just chooses to put his opinions out there on the various social media platforms for all to see instead of posting on here like we do. In person, Slick is a pretty genuinely nice guy. After spending some time with him and Garret Walters a couple months ago down in Mobile it was pretty obvious that their social media personas are nothing like how they are in real life. Well, maybe Garrett's is a little closer to real life than Slick's anyway! LOL
Luke Dunkin also made mentioned he heard that BASS was considering cancelling this event on his podcast, so this is known by the insiders. As well he also mentioned them re-scheduling it on top of the last NPFL event of the year. Which of course would put a whole bunch of BASS guys fishing both circuits in a spot. Didn't happen obviously, so that drama was avoided.
Lol I was referring to the person posting about slick not you. But seriously, I don't get wound up over any of the bs posted here. Lately the neverending BASS sucks, ffs sucks, commentators suck is waaaay over the top. If people don't like it don't watch it instead of cry on here all the time. Like I posted this morning, lot of dudes on here need to get laid or just maybe get on the water themselves.

Private business can fire somebody for anything they want that doesn’t break the common discrimination rules. I would say talking about another employee would be a reason. In this instance, he just got fined. Found this out when I was young and dumb…lawyer told me they can fire you for having blue eyes and brown hair. Wouldn’t see how a fine would be any different, especially when their “rules” are readily available for public consumption and require acknowledgement.
