    Today's National Crawfish Day

I celebrated it a little early (last Saturday), and will likely celebrate several more times in the near future...

    Enjoy!

    Looks really good Brian.
There's lots of decaffeinated brands that are just as tasty as the real thing.

Did the weather get bad at Grenada while you were there?

If you’re ever in Lafayette, La or the surrounding area, order some. I’ve had them here in Jawga and Tennessee. Nothing compares to back home in Lafayette.

You simply can't find them (on a menu) up here. I really wish I could. That pile and about 7 cold beers... I'm in heaven

Family has had many crawfish boils so far. Cooking 3 sacks tomorrow. Middle of next month, inshore shrimp season opens here. I help my buddy on his 45 ft shrimp boat. Then it will be time for boiled shrimp and crabs. Fried soft shell crabs also. Eat a lot of Catfish and crappie, caught right out the bayou near my house. Eat fish 3 times a week. People come down here to visit, are jealous.

I always tell people that if I lived any closer to the marsh/redfish/specks that I'd be completely worthless instead of just mostly so.

Some wonderful folks in that part of the world.

If you would go ahead and peel for me ahead of time, that would be great. If I have to peel and eat, no thanks.
