    Soft Plastic’s Boat Storage?

I’m looking for some new ideas on how to store all my soft plastic baits on my boat. I’m currently just keeping everything in large ziplock bags and put all of them inside a larger tackle bag that barely fits them all. Looking for something that doesn’t take up a lot of room.

I like the Buzbe Quick Cubes but don’t necessarily like the price of them. I like the price of the Plano KVD Speedbags better but would rather that they were clear like the Buzbe’s are.

What does everyone else use that they like?

I order 6 mil bags from Amazon. Cheap if you buy in bulk. Use Sharpie to write on the bag. Lots of sizes to suit your needs.

4 mil works, but 6 is better.

Been using the large 6th sense clear bags with zippers for a couple years with great results, but tried to look online to see if they are still available and no luck.

I use a an open compartment Deep Stowaway 3700. Just a box. I put the factory bags of soft plastics like a file cabinet. Stores well with my other tackle and keeps em dry. Never could stand the bags because of how they stack.....which is to say they don't stack well.

Flambeau Outdoors 4510. Can be purchased on Amazon. I was tired of bags for all my minnows and swimbaits. It holds the crush city packs perfect. Keitechs I just has to cut the extra tab off with scissors.

I use some Rubbermaid containers that are the same width as plastic bags. I have containers for specific baits such as creatures, worms, etc. I place the baits in them by color and I can file through them quickly looking for specific style and color.

I started with the gallon ziploc bags and went to the plastic "shoebox" boxes with lids. Keeps me from carrying more plastic (weight) than I actually need. Use one for bigger swimbaits also.

I like these. I keep my plastics organized by techniques and use the Plano box for terminal tackle specific for each technique. https://www.academy.com/p/h2ox-premi...ku=black-small

I've downsized my plastics enough that I have everything in a one gallon freezer bag.

Have not yet solved this puzzle. I use Plano boxes, the KVD speed bags, carry some loose, etc. For me, the first step in organizing would be to limit my options. I have so many ones/twos of packs that I "just wanted to try" that it really messes up my storage. Then throw in something like ElazTech which can't be stored with everything else.

I use Sterilite 1922 boxes. Perfect size, they fit under my bench seat, widely available locally, and they're only $4 each. https://www.walmart.com/ip/3-pack-St...lue/5354002880

I use plastic shoe boxes. Same idea as the flambeau box but about half the cost.

Been using cheap soft lunch bags from Walmart for years. I believe they have a little insulation in betwwen that may help keep temps in control.....

6th sense small bait bags organized by bait types. I've tried the laundry bags, the bass mafia big zip lock bags, etc. I like my current setup.
