This morning I noticed I had low water pressure and only luke warm water even when turned all the way to hot. I have natural gas as well. Could this be element, faulty pressure regulator, busted pipe?

If you have cold water pressure. Might b a problem with water heater.
Seemed like I did. I can't recall. I had to get to work. I had a hot water leak under the house last year that was fixed, maybe another leak

Could it be a partially frozen hot water pipe?
Possibly sediment build up in the tank??

Hi Mike.
There are several possible causes:
Water Heater Problems – If you have a gas water heater, check if the pilot light is on. If it's off, relighting it might fix the lukewarm water issue. If it’s an electric heater, the heating element could be faulty. A broken thermostat could also prevent it from heating properly.
Pressure Regulator Issue – A faulty pressure regulator could cause low water pressure throughout the house. If you notice this problem at multiple fixtures, it might be time to test or replace it.
Partially Closed or Blocked Valves – Sometimes, shut-off valves near the water heater or main line aren’t fully open, restricting flow.
Busted or Leaking Pipe – A hidden leak in your plumbing system can lead to both low water pressure and inefficiency in heating water. If you suspect a leak, check for damp spots, running water sounds, or an increase in your water bill.
If it does turn out to be a pipe issue, consider trenchless pipe lining as a repair option. It’s a non-invasive way to fix leaks or damaged pipes without digging up your yard.

Don't understand why or for what purpose these bots are showing up.

Resistance is futile.
Could you expand a little on your reply for us Neanderthals of the tech world.Probably combing users for email addresses and phone numbers.
Do the bots look in the post itself for some info or somehow look behind the curtain?
Thanks
Sorry wrong thread!

Not a plumber, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn. And... I know a little about water heaters. Recieved many a call like this, and while my job was to fix water heaters, it was also to rule the heater out if there were other issues causing the problem, then try to portray that issue to the customer.
Some questions to rule things in/out:
Low water pressure...cold side, hot side, or both?
Luke warm water....at every faucet, one faucet?
Water heater....gas or electric?
Have you checked the water temp at the heater? If the outlet is accessible, the t&p valve is a good place to verify.
Do you have access to your water meter? If so, with all faucets off, no water being used....is the meter moving?
