Seriously. But now my 7 year old has read the entire “I survived…” series in his school library. He reads on the 5th grade level, but doesn’t have enough perspective to realize tornadoes are not all EF5’s, that tsunamis don’t happen at the beach every day, or that grizzly bears don’t live in Florida. He’s convinced every natural disaster or predator is about to pop off.
