Blades for sure, Power Pole has the best customer service in the industry.

I have had both. Raptors are better in my opinion.
1. Rock solid on their mounts. No wobbling like poles
2. Raptors stay put and adjust if bottom is soft. End result better at keeping the boat in place.

so you really cant compare a blade to a raptor . If comparing apples to apples then the raptor would be compared to the pro series II. We would be happy to help you out on the lowest package pricing possible on either.
Have ran both. Blades all day over the Raptors. Raptors arr nice they are but Blades are in every way better to me. Customer Service is top notch with PP which makes it even an easier choice.

spike diameter larger spike on the blade plus the overmold 3/4 of the way up no soft close feature like the blades spike does not tuck into u channel on the raptor no drive off protection on the raptors ( all powerpoles have this) as mentioned the raptor apples for apples is a pro II from powerpole . id say its maybe more inbetween the 2 but not a blade. alot talk about how sturdy the brackets are and this is true but powerpole built in a certin amount of flex into all components woking together you make something to rigid something has to give/ break both great products we sell lots of both not knocking one or the other just you can compare them to blades. A fair comparison would be more along the lines of a pro II hence raptors price point.
I have had both Raptors and Blades. It's apples to apples man, don't let anyway tell you differently. I have Blades now and they functionally perform the same as Raptors. The Raptors active anchoring system is nice but rarely needed. PP customer service is as good as it gets, no question about that.
If you use Raptor stomp switches they are fickle and somewhat unreliable as its bluetooth technology, the Blades stomp switches work perfectly. The Raptors area bit "beefier" in design but the Blades are still built with equal Engineering.
Raptors circuit boards are iffy on reliability and require the entire pump to be replaced vs. the Blades where the circuit board is easily replaced without removing the pump if that becomes necessary
My humble opinion is edge of Blades over Raptors ... but if you were buying a boat that had Raptors already on them then I wouldn't lose sleep over that one bit. If your buying then Blades for sure.
Hope this helps sir

I've had both, used to have PP and now have Raptors. Get whichever one is cheapest. I got a great deal on the Raptors a couple of years ago. Both do exactly the same thing. I will say if you get Raptors use PP brackets.
I have Raptors and would go back to Blades in a heartbeat if not for the cost. As someone mentioned, the stomp switches are very fickle and don’t work well. They also don’t respond as quickly to the Bluetooth remotes as Blades. I sometimes have to hit the remote several times before they respond. Also, the remote fobs are bulky compared to the powerpole fobs.
For me, Blades also seem to hold better especially in a cross wind.
Like others said the stomp switches rarely work as they should. Most the time you have to hit them several times before the go down.
Went with Raptors. Happy so far.
I've read a lot of complaints about the raptor stomp buttons but I honestly think the majority is operator error. Foot directly over the button works every time. Signal strength is good, I have a 100ft driveway and the buttons work with me on the road and the boat in the garage. I think the complaints stem from just half ass puching the buttons.
My stomp buttons have worked every time I’ve tried them.
