So a man works his ass off to purchase his dream boat and he's showing off?

Did you ever drive through the slums in Harrisburg and see a brand new BMW parked out front? I'm betting yes

How many typical bassfishermen make the kind of money those that partake in those type of rigs make? I would say less than 5%.

This boat is a one time sold unit that is being resold. It is a bargain and runs over $200,000 new. We prefer the 400R on daily use Jaguar STS models.

I wondered... Dealer is semi local to me, smaller dealer and usually doesn't have but a couple of new BCB's at any given time, so wouldn't expect a boat like this to be one of his stock orders ;). Then I noticed it says like new.

Only 39 hours - have to wonder backstory on the sale. Hopefully no tragedy invovled, but does seem unusual to flip this kinda of a purchase so fast.

EDiT - OK I see it was demo boat. Good looking one too.

Yeah, you guys that are hung up on the cost obviously don’t live near a salt water marina. $200K is a drop in the bucket. I’d wager some of those offshore rigs burn that in fuel yearly.

That 500 is not the big one, Merc has a V-12 600hp with a $77,000 base with out rigging. Do a search on those in multi-engine boats.

That’s a sweet boat. Apparently I’m one of the odd ones who like how Jags look!

I've never really cared for the stripe on the boat either. Now I will say this. Dean C. ordered the right color combination. I love the color of his and it's a beautiful boat. It makes me forget about everything that I just listed.
Agree on all counts. I just straight up don't like a lot of the quirky stuff going on from the Jag all the way down to the Bobcat but that's why we have choices. And they're also easy to mess up really bad on the colors. I'd have to do a more ghost type of color scheme to really like one like black with mostly pin outlines for stripes.

That thing is sharp.....really like the colors! What I don't like is the port seat in the middle of the boat and how damn tight it appears to be between the consoles for a boat that size. Would like to drive it though

I wouldn't let it bother you....it's just an opinion. Hey, I am a Nitro guy so I know all to well the majority of people's thoughts and feelings toward Nitro. Although I think I'd consider a Skeeter as well for my next boat.....maybe....

Yes, I think that when you have a bass boat with a 500 HP motor you are definitely showing off.
