Has anyone ever fished this little river? I have seen a couple of nice photos of bass from this river, but is it actually worth fishing, and if so any suggestions?

yes it is worth it I have fished there many many years. There are some nice Bass in there.
Any tips on where or how to catch them?

you plan on using the ramp out of seaboard?
not sure. I have never fished that river so I am not sure where the ramp is

If you come from 17 take a left onto timaquana. From there look for seaboard Rd. or St to your right. It is across from a bait and tackle shop called Steve's tackle. take a right on that road and follow it down and you will see a boat ramp sign on the left. Take that left and you will see the boat ramp just to your right.
