Batson Micro Guides

Has anyone built with these? They are significantly cheaper than most micros and wondered if there was a catch somewhere?

Pass on them. Initially they were about the only guides available, but the Kigan or Fuji micros are much more durable. The Batsons will work ok, but I've had a bunch of them come back with the rings popped out of the guide.

they are junk. i've replaced 30ish out of the 100 or so i used the first year they came out.
kigans are great guides.

I really like the American Tackle ring locks. I use the #4 micro. No issues in the last year and a half. I used them on 5 builds so far and I am working on 6 more.
