Clunn was also a top five finisher in the event and commented on picking up other tournament contestants off the buoys after they had boat problems. I think Hite was traveling more than two hours each way, but when he got to that oxbow lake, his fish were quality fish and they were deep.
yep FLW Tour out of Memphis. Davy Hite, Randy Blaukat and a couple others were running almost all the way to Greenville, Mississippi. A staggering distance in a what at the time was probably an 18 or 19 foot boat on that river.Originally Posted by borderbasser
