    Mouse in the house

Whats worse than a mouse in your house? A mouse in your rod locker.....he chewed up the cork on two G Loomis rods, took a bite out of an old All-Star and left the others alone......anyway,I need some advice on sanding and filing cork....don't want to mess them up worse than they are...thanks for any help or suggestions.

Now would be a good time to repalce handles with new cork or even a split grip.
If you are just wanting to repair the cork I believe you can use some kinda wood glue and cork dust, combine the two and let dry.
Cheaper to keep a kid in tourney fishing than paying attorneys to keep them out of jail !!

Pics would be helpful to determine how much repair needs to be done.

No,they are not eaten up that much. The spinning reel has small bites all the way around the top of the cork, toward the reel. The bait caster(GLX ) is on the top, above the reel...I think I can file and sand them...just don't know the best way to start....should I start w/ a med rough file?

I got some stuff from Home Depo that was in a tube. Wood filler for oak and it matched really well. Want to say it was made by Elmers! Did what I wanted it to do and reapaired a couple buddies rods with it and worked great!!
