rod building?

i am about to finish my first rod and would like to ad my name or a sticker of some kind to personalize it. what is the easiest way to do this?

You can use a good and sharp permanent marker than epoxy over when dry.

easiest way is to use a paint pen directly on the blank. or you can wrap light colored thread, apply finish and then use an ink-jet water slide decal. Mudhole and http://www.decalconnection.com/ can do single decals for you in any color as well. i think they are 2-3$.

you can also get ink-jet white vinyl decal paper - but thats a whole 'nother can of worms. Since you asked about the easiest way - i would contact decal connection
