You can put tem in a toaster oven at around 350 for 15 minutes, or you can use a heat gun, not sure how long that takes, or you can use a propane torch for a couple of seconds depending on how big the heads are.

What weight? For smaller jigs <1/2oz I use one of those BBQ lighters. For 1oz I use a crack heater (aka propane torch) as the lighter never works right.

I use a propane torch for everything from 1/32 crappie jigs to 1oz Bass Jigs. You will learn how long to heat them and as the size goes up so does the time needed to heat them. Dont crank the torch wide open, just enough so you can see the blue triangle inside the flame. Hold the jig at the tip of the blue triangle and keep it moving so it will heat evenly. On a 1/4 jig i would say 2-3 seconds is about right, but once you dip the jig in the powder and pull it out you will know if you need to make any adjustments. If it comes out smoking and paint running then thats way to much heat . If the powder doesnt melt then you need more heat. I like to see the powder metling as i pull the jig out. I will then run it thru the torch again but on out toward the end of the flame just to make sure the paint evens out. I then dip it in water to and set it's ready to be cured. There's lots of ways to do it this is just what works for me. Good Luck.

I use a heat gun...you need to practice until you get the heat right. Also a fluid bed makes it a lot easier to aply a lighter coat.

I bought a heat gun from Harbor Freight and used it tonight. Works really good. Only one finger burn so far!!!!! Just have to bake them now in the oven to cure it.

Just dont bake them in the oven you cook food in!
Get yourself a toaster oven, Big Lots has them cheap, you could also pick one up at a local goodwill store for a couple of bucks.

I cure different colors all at the same time, (doing it right now)
I bake mine at 400 for about an hour.

On a side note my toaster oven is a older model and I am not sure 400 is 400.
I played with the temps till I found what worked in my oven.
