Stealth 1 charger gauge issue

My stealth 1 charger Gauge recently started displaying 27.0 volts all the time. I can't press any buttons on it and change it whatsoever. The last couple times I've been fishing, the batteries seemed charged on 5 to 6 hour trips. Possibly, a longer trip could reveal a battery issue, but I didn't notice one. 24V trolling setup with 4 year old agm batteries.
Does anyone here know what may be wrong? Did the gauge go bad? I gave up on getting Stealth 1 tech support on the phone.

Use a good Multi-Meter and Check each battery after you've charged it up fully 2 hrs after unplugging and letting it rest. You should get 12.8-13v. In series it would be 25.6-26v. Do the same at the end of the day. I've had batteries that show 15v that show them having a bad cell under further testing, and they're dead in an hour or two.

4 YO is on the downward cycle for sure. I don’t know anything about Stealth. I will google

Did you try to disconnect a wire from the gauge to turn it off, and then reconnect?

It's definitely not a bad battery. I livescoped around for 8 hours today and the trolling motor is still going strong. I'll try to kill power to the gauge. Thanks ya'll.
