Sure. Oklahoma, it's okay that you lost to Kansas - come on it to the Playoffs anyway because you had one meaningful win out of 12 games. Heck let's just make it a 24 team playoff. Clemson you just had one of your worst records in the past decade, but you're Clemson and we think you'd be a good fit in the playoffs. Where does it stop?

Yeah…they Alamo bowl is going to be super exciting, much more so than seeing OU in a playoff
You're not wrong, but that still doesn't mean OU deserves a playoff bid.

They don’t this year, but they would most likely be in next year. And that’s better than watching them play Arizona with half the roster sitting out. More than likely (if we use this year) they’d open up with OSU, Bama, or Texas. That’s worse than watching them play in an empty stadium vs Arizona?
