    cleaned up rust, now what?

    I cleaned up a bunch of rusted jig hooks. Now I'm wondering how to preserve the finish. By the way, bronze hooks are actually coated steel. Question is coated with what? Any ideas???? Thanks......Rich

    Read a tip recently to spray 'em with Pam to keep from rusting. Also, when not fishing remove the trailer. I keep all my jigs and unused hooks in a zip lock bag.
