Rigging soft swimbaits?

I was re-organizing my tackle yesterday and I found some "Shimmy Shads". Is there any particular way to rigs these guys? They are very slim in the middle and I'm not sure if I could get a hook to come out the top without going thru the side

Just took a look at these online - and it looks like they're rigging them with a short shanked hook like the weedless gammy finesse hook that I would normally use for whacky rigging senkos.

Thanks Jeff. I'll have to root around some in the boat and see what kind of hooks I can find. I guess it will have to be an exposed hook. Ain't enough plastic to Texas-rig them in the middle.
