Boat Carpet - Lake Seminole/Tri-State Area

Looking for suggestions on boat carpet shops in the area and what I can expect to pay.
Called one place I know in Attapulgus and he quoted $1,400. Is that reasonable?

$1400 to re-carpet a 20ft bass boat is VERY reasonable.

I was quoted $1800 for for mine and that was a couple years ago, probably more now. you could save yourself a lot of money if you do it yourself... https://marinecarpeting.com/

Go with Rick, when I was doing re-carpeting I'd get all my carpet from him good guy.

I thought about DIY.. I always wrestle with myself on whether to do my own work like that. Work 8-5 all week and then work on the boat on Saturday, that's a hard sell when I want to be fishing on Saturday haha
It looks like I'd be paying about $1,000 for labor which I think is pretty good.

Just pay someone. I DIY Seadek in my river boat and about two hours into it i was saying over and over "Why didn't I just pay the $1500 for someone else to do this!"

That's kinda what I'm thinking haha.. I'm capable of doing it but why bother when someone professional can do a better job, have it done quicker, and I don't have to hassle with it

Gotcha.. I spoke with Normen at R&R Boat Repair. I hadn't ever noticed that Marine Carpeting was in Attapulgus.. I always looked at the kits on their website and never looked at their location or called them..

From my understanding Rick no longer owns R&R boat repair but still works there. I would not hesitate to have work done there.
