    at the recent geico touranment one of the anglers brought in a 17lb snakehead and i thought i had tied into a big one that went over 8 the day before. they are a extremely aggresssive fish with very bad attitudes

    wowo, that is well below the fall line.... did not think the bastards like that much salt in the water. But, after the spring rains this year, they had the chance to move.

    As hard as they are to kill, would not surprise me if they end up in the mouth of the bay.....had one a few years ago that I caught on the Potomac and had my line in a tree branch and broke off and the snakehead was out of the water. About 4 hours later I came back by and he was still kicking. Tough Bastards!!
