Jay, Rising Sun Yacht Repair is probably the best fiberglass shop on the east coast (IMHO), he's in VA Beach and is worth the travel. 757 499-3834

Progressive Boat Works in Chester is really good too. I can get the number for you if you want it.
If your repair is in an area that is visible, and especially if it's metal flake, I would not talk to anyone other than David Sipe at Rising Sun.
