    Storing a promax

What preparations should be taken to store a promax powerhead for months....maybe longer. I will drain the fuel from the VST. What else should I do?

Run a rich mixture of oil and choke it dead... I also would treat the existing fuel with stabil and sea foam and make SURE all that mixture go through the fuel system as well as motor...

This is what i do I fire the motor let it run for about 1 min the shut it off remove fuel line from tank get a can of sea foam the kind you pour put fuel line in sea foam pump primer ball fire motor let it run until sea foam chokes out motor remove plugs spray the hell out of cylinders put plugs back in and put her to bed i do the fuel line deal with sea foam so the crank case and injectors are full of sea foam and not the trash gas that is out there
