You can say that but it has an impact. With my work, we had 1/3 of the 7500 pilots out at one time due to either having covid or in quarantine from direct exposure to a positive person.

I shipped my helix unit last Wednesday to the factory and it arrived Friday. Got a return confirmation showing it’s repaired and out for delivery today... pretty good CS if you ask me.

They received my Helix on a Thursday, 2/3 and I received a notice it was repaired and shipped out on Friday 2/4. Impressive!

Received my Solix Wednesday 2/2 and got Shipped back to me Friday 2/4. They paid shipping both ways. Last Lowrance MFD I bought had a dead ethernet port on day 1, and I had to pay to ship it back to Lowrance for a replacement.
I cant say that. Every time I texted or chatted with CS I wasnt on hold more than 5 mins. They have been super helpful with my Mega Live issue.
