    2000 Johnson 150 fuel comsumption

All, considering trading for a 2000 Javelin Renegade 19 with 150 Johnson j150plssc on it. What can I expect with fuel comsumption? My 90 on my Stratos 275ProXL was about 2mpg at 5500 RPM. Will I be close or much worse with the 150? The boat has a jackplate and 4 blade renegade prop (not sure on pitch yet or pad height).

As they say on the EPA sticker at the car dealer, it all depends on your driving habits.

It's still a carb engine and they're thirsty to a degree. It's also a heavier rig, but with a lighter foot shouldn't hurt too bad. Great engines.
