    Fact remains one prismatic cell goes bad your done, it would take many cylindrical cells to go bad in order to lose that much voltage that it would render the battery unusable. Plus cylindrical cells are better in a moisture laden environment ( marine use). As moisture is the the #1 killer of a lithium battery. nobody is saying a prismatic cell battery is bad per say just stating that a cylindrical cell battery is better yes
