Help with way point importing/exporting

Good day all, I saved my waypoints on my helix 7 and Onix 8 units. The SD card shows the files are there on the SD card. When I go to humminbird pc to upload the waypoints the file is showing empty. Am I doing something wrong? I been searching internet all morning and can’t really find what I’m doing wrong??? Any help is appreciated.

Helix GPS data is in a MATRIX folder.

ONIX GPS data is separate GPS data.

They are NOT interchangeable.

You should not have both exports on the same memory card.

Copy the MATRIX folder to your computer and delete it from the card.
Copy the ONIX data to your computer.
That will give you a backup copy of both.

Then open HBPC, go to Files at the top and copy the ONIX data to HBPC.

Then delete the ONIX data and copy the MATRIX folder to the card, put the card in your computer and use the SD card symbol on the left of the panel with arrows to copy the data in the MATRIX folder to HBPC.

Ok I was able to get it to work. The other issue is my waypoints won’t delete off the helix. It says all waypoints deletes and they are gone from the side bar. When I reboot the waypoints are still there ????
