There will be some huge victory parties if Trump blocks as it has been one hell of a fight. This mine is in the middle of one of the most fragile ecosystems in the world, Being a fly fisherman I have followed this fight for ten plus years and I have given quite a bit of money to stop this mine and I know my Trout Unlimited dollars are also fighting this. Tucker had Johnny Morris on his show a week or so ago talking about this very issue. I personally never heard of it, but as it was defined on what damage it would do to that area, it will be a good thing if Trump tanks it.

im cautiously optimistic. The article implies it could be the death of the mine...though we have heard that before in regards to this project. One thing this administration has going for it is some of the people in the presidents ear are staunch supporters of hunting and fishing rights, preservation and expansion. The president may not know a bobber from a baitcaster but those closest to him do.

It will certainly kill it as both presidential nominees would be against it and Pebble does not have the funds to fight it for another four years. Trump winning was there lifeline 3 years ago.
