    25 fury for zx250

    Hey guys looking for info.

I had another skeeter owner tell me he ran a 25 fury on his 15 zx250 SHO combo and it increased his top end to 76/78 depending on load.

    I get 72/73 with 25 T1

    Anyone else running a fury?

    Thanks

Unless he is flashed, I don't believe his numbers. The fury doesnt run great on the SHO.

The 3 bladed Fury does not run well on Skeeters. They typically do not provide enough bow lift and the boat cannot get fully on pad. The 4 blade is another story and many use it for hole shot and not speed.

I don't believe those numbers either (unless flashed). I have never tried a Fury on my SHO, but I think Randy T has. If I remember correctly, it didn't perform as well as the T-1.

t2 is a better prop than the fury on a skeeter.

You aint getting much if any over 73-74mph fairly loaded with a non flashed motor no matter the prop on a newer ZX250.

If you are getting 72mph that is great and no prop change is going to net you much more.

Thanks for replys, boat has factory manual jack plate.
I have no problem getting rpms, thinking of dropping motor just a hair so I can trim a little more.
I had a 4 blade trophy on sx200, as well as first skeeter what pitch are guys running on zx250.
