Just wondering what you carry in your boat to eat?

I don't know about you fellers but when I'm fishin, I'm fishin. Not much time for eatin. So I always have what I call fishing food stuffed into the glove box in the boat. No fancy artisan bread, or funny named cheese's for me.

A can of Vienna Sausages and some soda crackers is a meal made for fishermen. I also love me some peanut butter crackers too. Add a can of sardines, well, now you have a gourmet meal.

This ain't no cooking with Bobby Flay affair, it's fishin.

I have the same thing in my boat, also have a roll of toilet paper, by the end of the day you WILL need it. I really like the sardines with the tabasco,

Vienna sausages and peanut butter crackers are the way to go. Have always carried them in the boat. However, the sardines would have to be used for bait

Same here just stuff that is simple. But I do hit the water with a thermos of fresh coffee.

I never leave without coffee ;)

And I have a Whataburger down the road, so we pull thru the drive-thru each morning at 5am to grab breakfast before we go.. heh

Generally, I have peanutes, a sandwich etc. I try to keep it simple and costs low so I have more to spend on the boat ;)

I also like to take along summer sausages I have made up out of deer meat each year.

    Grab-n-go food.

Speaking of deer meat I just remember I have to meet my buddy at our lease this evening to refill our feeders and check our camera chips. Fishing, hunting, and everything that goes with it makes retirement good

either some samwiches or some luchables in the ice chest, and usually a couple candy bars. I find I like to move about every hour to hour & half, so I can eat, drink and cool off (airflow). I also buy a veriaty pack of cookies (lunch ones for kids) and they kinda stay in the front locker.

I am always real hungry when I fish, so I bring plenty of pork chops (in a can) to fill me up...I normally eat plenty to stay full and hydrated...

PS- Miller makes a great Pork Chop in a can that they call MIller Lite...FYI

I just carry drinks in the summertime, eat a hearty breakfast early fish till it gets hot, get out eat lunch go to Motel room take a siesta for a couple of hours then get back in water at about 6 till darkthirty. Fish dont really bite all that good anyhow during the blazing heat and if they do you can have them or I'll let'em make it.
Fall and early spring is different story though, take the Coleman cook stove find the biggest shade tree on shore and beach that motha. Then bust out the sausage, hotlinks, bread and lawn chair and complain to myself about how tough I got it.

Crane jerky, Cliff bars, Snickers and an occasional burrito. Start every trip with a large mug of coffee. Center cooler is always filled with water and gatorade.

been off carbs to get some weight off my fat ass so generally I'll take some pepperoni slices and cheese slices and a ton of water.

A good one though are the Smucker's uncrustable PB&J sammiches .. VERY good !!!

Whatever I buy at the gas station on the way out usually some drinks and a candy bar or something. Hell no on those nasty sirdeans or however u spell it. They're just nasty. Won't even allow them in the boat
