WHat is the lake level? Our next T is at that mud hole.
I'm not sure but I can tell you all the coves around here are bone dry- the bridge I cross to a cove off the Cimarron end is land locked now and basically a mud hole for pelicans and egrets- very very low levels- worst I've seen but only lived here about 4 years- My wife said she saw a fish holding a sign that said "will strike a bait for water"- I promised a guy at work I would get some pictures- when I do I'll post em here
*LOL* if ya need them let me know Ill make up a few more lures

I hate that lake when its muddy....never fished it clean.
they seem to be adding water- yesterday when I drove into Cleveland the end of the cove was dry 2 days ago and had water in it not very much but it looks about a foot higher

that's what the corps says. What do you think it is?
those are electronic monitor devices ,your just used to it being flooded 99% of the timethe creeks around cleveland used to be fishable from the lake ,as a matter of fact house creek used to be the big bass hole on that lake, i dont think you can even get in it most of the year now from all the silt.
the church camp north of mannford has 50 yards of soft mud between the ramp and the edge of any water now
its all silted in
Grew up on that lake and Striper guided on it in the late 70's through the early 90's. In parts of the Keystone we have lost as much as 15 feet of water depth because of the silt and mud. Will be interesting to see what becomes ot the lake, the Corps estimated the lake had a 50 year life cycle when damed up in the 60's.
