Made it 503 miles down the road, (73 miles from Kings Bay) when I looked in the sideview mirror and saw little chunks of rubber coming off my port trailer tire. By the time I got to the side of the road that thing was history. Since I left my tool box in the garage when packing the truck yesterday morning I was pretty relieved when he wrecker service guy pulled up and asked if I needed any help. Of course I didn't realize I needed $125 worth of help. 25 miles farther down the road, in stop and go traffic, a guy pulls up next to me and tells me he saw a little smoke coming from my stbd trailer tire. Didn't find anything wrong with that tire but the hub felt warmer than the one of the other side, so I babied it down the road to my buddies house where we're going to do a complete rebuild of hubs, bearings, checking the brakes, and replacing the tires this weekend.

Thanks Lea for being the freindly ear thru all this yesterday. (Man, can that woman worry!!!)

So now I'll just sit back and wait for some new mishap to happen that I can tell you all about.
