Speedo Question.

I have a 1990 gt150
serial R08614881
model J150STLESB
My question is does this motor have a pickup for the speedo, or am I going to have to run a pitot on the transom. The boat is a '95 Cajun. I know this is not the original motor, and I do not think the speedo is hooked up at this time. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Don't know why you would want to in this day and age you can get a GPS speedo for your dash.

I do have a GPS unit on the dash. Just wanted to find out if I could hook the speedo to the motor or not. Thanks again for the info.
