well I just got a boat this summer (first big rig) and trying to play around setting it up ...I got a compression test done today it showed 120 psi on top heads 115 on both in middle and 110 on the 2 bottom ...dose this sound right??
also what is the lowest i can go on water pressure ??

Yep a good decarb will help, if you don't know when the last time it was done then do a gradual decarb with Seafoam in the tank and then uses BRP engine tuner. Either through the scharader valve or sprayed down the carb throats.
Minimum 18 lbs on the water pressure.
ik sounds like I can raise my motor some as I am getting 25 PSI at WOT
