Carb bodies are warped and leak, have been "resurfaced" once. Carb part number is 433656.
Where to get new / replacement carbs? Does anyone sell a "performance" carb for this engine?

The carbs may not be the problem.
Is your issue the bowl area?
Have you thought about replacing the bowls?
Same problem Blu. My 91 FS bodies and bowls warped so much the roll pins holding the return springs on the throttle body shafts were rubbing the back side of the bowls causing a fast idle. They changed this later on so the longer hook side is facing away from the carbs. 91 carb bodies are no longer available through bomb..I purchased some newer non-fast strike carbs on ebay that are ajustable. Plan to try them. I know i'll lose some performce, but maybe better mpg. Keep me posted if you locate any.
