    Set Up on 1983 Champ 176 Super V with 150 Merc V6

    Pat,

What is the optimal setup for this boat and motor combo? It doesn't have a jack plate and has a stock prop?

    Thank you

    Rick

Hmm, thought I already answered him. Stupid computers.

6" rapid jack plate, 23M Yamaha pro series prop, set at 3 1/2" and you've got a bad little dude there. Might can turn a little more prop, will depend on how much groceries you pack in it.

Thank you Pat, it was just probably me asking the same question as another Champ owner. I know you get alot of questions and probably answered this one a million times, well now a million one.
