So there I was standing in one of two tackle stores I didn't even know were in Owensboro chatting with a bunch of fellers sitting around drinking cold beer when a feller walks in and asked "who's scooter is that outside."
Long story short neither place had a map of Rough River, both places said it was a decent place to catch Crappie. I have more tackle in my garage than both tackle shops in Owensboro combined.
I had to stay and work my way out of the place where I got busted on the scooter. That was some funny stuff, those were some good ole boys.
