Anyone specific to contact at BRP?

Hello, just wondering if you guys have had any luck with anyone specific in customer service? I have a 2005 Evinrude DI, Model #e200flsoe Serial #05084655 that has been having problems since day 1. It has been in the shop more than in my garage and nobody can find the problem. I posted here under a topic named: 2005 DI feels like its missing, if anyone wants to see what has been looked at. I am at the point now where i just want my boat back from the shop. Is there someone i can talk to at BRP about this and when eventually they will either fix it or replace it? It only has 36 hours on it. Thanks for the info in advance,

Sorry to hear about your problems. Call the customer service line and talk to those folks. Service problems are done thru a dealer and that dealer tech is the one who should be talking to the factory's hot line for service problems.

Everything is about serial number, so have it handy when you contact customer service at 847 689 7090.
