05 Yamaha Vmax 225 HPDI lower unit-Grease zerk????

Just yanked the prop off my Vmax and to my surprise the bearing carrier has a grease zerk, obvious that this should be greased but with what and how often. This rig is new to me and I'm learning as I go, so any tips, tricks, hints would be greatly appreciated.

One shot of marine grease, it lubes the prop shaft seals.

Just to add...I grease mine twice a year. I did it about a month ago and I'll do it again around the 4th of July.
