They were this past weekend!

It was tough for a lot of guys last weekend and some just happened to be at the right spot at the right time or waited them out.
I'd fish points at the end of the bluffs or on some of the bluffs themselves with a jig and shakey head.
I wouldn't hang out on mud flats all day!!!
the weekend before last, we had a couple good days
