I am in the process of recarpeting my boat and I need to know how much carpet to buy. The boat is 20 foot long adn from back to front where the old carpet was is 17 1/2 feet. The widest part that I will have to put carpet is 6 foot. How much do I need and what is the average cost of carpet.
the people at Bass cat boats told me to order about 20% more than the length of the boat, which should have been 25' for my boat, I ordered 30' just in case, ended up with about 7' left over.

I firgured on my 205 hydra sport I would need about 18 ,19 foot but was going to order 25' some reason I just ordered the 30' roll by 7' feet wide 28 oz. and I used it all.
