35HP JOHNSON POSSIBLE TILT AND TRIM

I just bought a boat that has a 35 horse johnson on the back(model#J35ELCND , SERIAL# E5659439) That is set up as stick steer. it has brackets on the motor as well as on the boat that i think might have been for tilt and trim, but i am not sure. Can someone give me there opinion on these pics and tell me what these brackets might be for?

Zac, looking at the rig today, it looked to me like an old trim system brackets, good pics. Hopefully ChampmaN or some one that knows more than I can steer you right.
